cover work for 29th September

I am sorry but I am still not able to come in to work yet. I have looked at all your blogs - below is your individual tasks. Please email me if you need to ask questions / source help or advice. I am hoping to be back mid-week. We should now be completing tasks 5&6 on my list if we are to keep you on track and meeting the evidence for the top grades. You are at different points  - you ALL need to be doing task 7 next week - so that is what I will prepare & deliver - it is up to you to get 5&6 done by next week. Please speed up if you have 2 whole tasks to complete and email me when it is done so I  can comment
REMINDER (UPDATED 04/09/15)
TASK 5- what are the key codes and conventions of your ancillary products (to get the highest marks consider all three then explain which are your chosen 2) - you should all have completed this - IN DEPTH

TASK 6 -  in depth textual analysis of three different outstanding and inspiring examples for each of your intended  productions eg: 3 x short film, 2 x poster, 3 x magazine review ONLY ADAM IS AT THIS POINT SO YOU NEED TO GET A WIGGLE ON EVERYONE ELSE

TASK 7 (NEXT WEEK)- we will begin looking at FORM & STRUCTURE: CODES AND CONVENTIONS: titles / timings / camera / lighting / layout etc - ADAM THIS IS YOUR NEXT MOVE

Adam - can you set your blog so I can view more than one post at a time - you need to update the job roles post as we discussed in the lesson.
For you  - next steps:  in depth textual analysis of three different outstanding and inspiring examples for each of your intended  productions eg: 3 x short film, 2 x poster, 3 x magazine review - create one post per element - so 3 x post. Embed the videos and images - show me the STYLE and FORM you are aiming for and that you understand HOW THE WERE CONSTRUCTED/ how GENRE is represented - focus on Production and Post Production processes

Lily
some excellent work on your blog BUT too many visual lists of images - try to find different ways of laying this out - you can create slideshares by making them as Powerpoints - or look at the post layout - in design - if the images are small enough you can justify them to the left/right/centre which means you cane see more than one at once OR try to find a method/software like Photogrid that will let you group several photos together and save them as a grid or table - i use this one http://photo-grid.en.softonic.com/android
Next for you - 'what are the key codes and conventions of your ancillary products (to get the highest marks consider all three then explain which are your chosen 2?' - please produce a Prezi identifying the codes (how they are constructed) and conventions (content and style) of each of the three different ancillary products in your brief - please upload by Friday this week

Aidan
you are falling behind so please try to catch up - email if you need advice/pointers
Missing is the post on GENRE -  explaining what Genre(style) your animation is going to be: live action/stop-motion etc but also Thriller/comedy/romance/action etc - animation is the code/method but you also need to explain the style/genre you will create
your job roles is not detailed enough - you need more post-production roles - think sound/editing/titles/SFX etc

The post on GENRE is well constructed, I have added a comment on how to improve it
Your job roles is not detailed enough - you need more post-production roles - think sound/editing/titles/SFX/casting etc if you can go back and add more detail
Also NEXT for you - 'what are the key codes and conventions of your ancillary products (to get the highest marks consider all three then explain which are your chosen 2?' - please produce a Prezi identifying the codes (how they are constructed) and conventions (content and style) of each of the three different ancillary products in your brief - please upload by Friday this week

Harley - 2 posts is not enough - we are on task 5 and 6 this week - please catch up what is missing
I have commented on your existing posts BUT they need to have more depth and detail
YOU STILL NEED TO UPLOAD TASKS 1 & 2 WHICH WERE DUE IN JULY
NEXT for you - 'what are the key codes and conventions of your ancillary products (to get the highest marks consider all three then explain which are your chosen 2?' - please produce a Prezi identifying the codes (how they are constructed) and conventions (content and style) of each of the three different ancillary products in your brief - please upload by Friday this week
